AUPA (Aarhus University PhD Association) invites all PhD students to participate in a new event series, called "Joint Action Workshops". Joint Action is an opportunity for PhD Students across faculties to come together and discuss typical challenges of the PhD life. Moreover, it's a chance to exploit the smarts of your colleagues, learn from others' know-how, and to improve the management of your PhD.

AUPA has organised Joint Action events on various topics (see previous events on the FB page) which have received a lot of positive responses.

Now the time has come for the fourth event, the theme of which is "Self-perception in academic interaction" and will be centered around how you can beneficially position yourself in a research project, department, or in the PhD. The underlying purpose is, as it was the last time, to meet other PhD students, discuss your experiences, and improve your way of working as a PhD student. It will be constructive, instructive, and fun. And the first beer (or other beverage) is of course on AUPA.
