Lars Astrup Leth.

The work of Lars Astrup Leth is in the field of asymmetric organocatalysis where he has contributed to the development of novel methodologies by combining the use of small organic molecules as catalysts with a second mode of activation. This have provided a new dimension to the field of asymmetric catalysis and have paved the way for reactivities that could not have been achieved by a mono-catalytic system.

The PhD degree was completed at the Department of Chemistry, Science and Technology, Aarhus University.
