If you are interested in tools to handle these issues, join our workshop for PhD students.

The workshop provides information on factors that promote well-being and gives input to what you can do to stay motivated and reduce stress in your everydaylife. You will also learn more about what stress is, and how to prevent or cope with it. Finally, you will get the opportunity to reflect on how you spend and prioritize your time and whether your tasks can be scheduled more efficiently.

The workshop is organized as a combination of presentations, exercises and dialogue. The exercises will be both individual and two and two, and it gives you the opportunity to meet and work with colleagues from other departments at Science & Technology.

The workshop will be in English and is held by psychologist Sanne Schou in collaboration with GSST and the PhD association PHAUST. The workshop includes coffee, tea and sandwiches.

The workshop will be held on
