International Academic Staff Services (IAS) will be open during the summer, but during the weeks of 29, 30 and 31 you should not expect immediate answers, as the office will not be fully staffed.

  • The Aarhus Police Foreign Office will be open as normal, but with less staff.
  • International Citizen Service West (in Aarhus) will be closed for 3 weeks in July (weeks 28, 29 and 30). For further information about the opening hours of the 3 other ICS centres, please contact them directly, see www.icitizen.dk . If you need the services of ICS during the above 3 weeks, you should instead contact the local Citizen Service, the local tax authorities or the Regional State Administration directly. These offices will be open but with less staff.

Registering with the Danish Authorities Guide

We have made a guide on where to go to get assistance when the International Citizen Service is closed. The guide Registering with the Danish Authorities informs you of the address, opening hours and other practical information about the State Administration, Citizen Service, Danish tax authorities and the Police.
