University Election - Your Vote Counts!

In the period 12–15 November, all students and PhD students will once again be electing representatives to the numerous councils, boards, and committees at Aarhus University. If you are interested in standing for election, now is the time to get involved. You can also make a difference by voting for the candidate, whom you think is best qualified to make a difference for your degree or PhD programme.

Would you like a seat at the table when important decisions are made about your PhD programme? Now is your chance to stand for the university election and let your opinion be heard – or to help your fellow PhD students have their say.

This year, you can stand for election too – or vote for candidates to PhD committees. If you are enrolled PhD Student, not employed, you can also vote for the AU Board and the academic councils. Read more about the various councils, boards, and committees.

Stand for election in the period 18 – 26 October.

If you are interested in standing for election, you can register your candidacy from Thursday 18 October at 9:00 to Friday 26 October at 12:00. However, it is a good idea to submit your candidacy registration form as early as possible in the period so that any errors can be corrected before the deadline expires.
