AU Elections

On 13 to 16 November 2017, PhD students, students, and academic staff at AU will elect representatives to the university's numerous councils, boards and committees. If you are interested in standing for election, now is the time to get involved. You can also make a difference by voting for the candidate who you think is best qualified to have an influence on your PhD programme.

You are welcome to stand for election to – or vote for candidates for – the AU Board, the local boards of studies and academic councils. PhD students can also stand for election and vote in elections to PhD committees.

Read more about the various councils, boards and committees.

Register to become a candidate from 23 October to 27 October

If you are interested in standing for election, you can register your candidacy from Monday 23 October at 9:00 to Friday 27 October at 12:00. However, it is a good idea to submit your candidacy registration form as early as possible in the period so that any errors can be corrected before the deadline expires.
