The IAS and Talent Development Unit will be moving to new premises at Trøjborgvej on Friday 30 August. As a result of the relocation, we will be closed on Friday 30 August and Monday 2 September.

Our new address is

  • Building 1910.
  • Trøjborgvej 82-84

After 2 September, international PhD students and researchers can get personal assistance at the new address.

Opening hours

The opening hours are the same:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 10.00-14.00

Meetings with the AU Expat Partner Programme (EPP) and Relocation Service will also be relocated to the new premises.

In future, the reception in the current International Centre building (building 1650, Høegh-Guldbergsgade 4a) will only handle enquiries concerning students. The housing reception in the International Centre building will continue to service all who have applied for housing through AU Housing, i.e. students, PhD students and researchers.

We look forward to welcoming all of our international employees, visitors and guests to a new and better setting.

PhD students, Staff
