December is upon is, and with it the Christmas Holidays and the New Year. We hope that you all have a good year behind you, and that you will take a well deserved break at the end of the year.

Our attention is already on January-February, when we will organize "Market Yourself Week", an event series aimed at non-academic job applications. Furthermore, we are planning a large career fair for the Sping - keep an eye on our channels as we announce more details about this.

We are sad to see Dorte Petersen, PhD Career Consultant, leave our team, and we would like to thank her for all her hard work and dedication. We look forward to welcoming and introducing our new team member in January.

We look forward to bringing you great career events in 2022, and we look forward to having you at career counselling or in our mentor programme.

Are you looking for some professional guidance? Join the "Researchers Beyond Academia" mentor programme by Euraxess, a European Union initiative aimed at researchers.

Ph.d. Cup 2022

Application deadline: 1 February 2022

Applications are open for Ph.d. Cup, a competion giving you the chance to win 50.000 Dkk with your PhD Project.

Ph.d. Cup challenges you to communicate your research area and your findings to the general public in an engaging way.

The competition is for PhD students who have finished their PhDs and received the approval in 2020.

The event is arranged in a co-operation between DR, Lundbeck Foundation and the Danish daily newspaper, Information.

The language of the event is Danish.
