AU PhDs at Work is a project in which we congratulate Aarhus University PhDs with their new job on our Facebook page. The AU PhDs at Work posts are brief and to the point descriptions in which we emphasise particularly two things - place of employment and job tasks. Two things we have learned to be of great interest to PhD students wondering about and planning their future career in the industry.
AU PhDs at Work was launched in February 2016 and since then many PhDs from all five faculties have been more than happy to share with us the details of their new job. At AU Career PhD & JR we are always very eager to hear about the various employments that AU PhDs land, not least share this information with PhD students, who can be inspired regarding their own future career path.
We are continuously informed about newly graduated PhDs through i.a. LinkedIn and PhD students who have utilized our career services during their studies. However, are you yourself a newly graduated PhD with a new job or do you know someone who is, please do not hesitate to contact us. It is a great help for us and current PhD students to learn of the many and various opportunities for PhDs in the industry.
It will not take up a lot of your time and only requires a few words about your new job, i.e. job tasks and job title, and anything else that you feel relevant to share with current PhD students.
