Workshop: Garuda: Uncovering strengths and weaknesses

This workshop focuses on testing as part of job interviews and will also provide you with the possibility of being tested and getting feedback on your test. We focus solely on type indicator tests, and you will be asked to take a test prior to the workshop. In the session itself, we will discuss how to read your own results and what it suggests about your work preferences, work focus, strengths and weaknesses. We will discuss how you can use this both as a practice tool but also to increase your awareness of your own work focus and how this as implications for your work satisfaction.

The workshop is based on the Garuda Focus Profile Test. 

Please note that you will be discussing your focus profile with the other participants.
