Mentor Programme 2024 (Organized by AU Career PhD & JR)

AU Mentor PhD & JR is an offer to PhD students from all five faculties at Aarhus University. The overall goal of the mentor programme is to support you in your career development and ease your transition from university to a career outside of academia by bringing you closer to the business community. 

Requirements

• Be a PhD student at Aarhus University
• Have a maximum of 3 years and a minimum of 6 months left of your PhD by the application date
• Participate in the introductory briefing
• Show commitment and engagement in your role as a mentee and be open to honest discussion and feedback from your mentor
• Participate in 4 meetings during the program's 8 months (the mentor programme is a long term relation; not just a one-of meetings

Process: 

• Deadline for applying: 15 August 2024
• Mentor matching process: 15 August - 15 October 
• Start of mentoring journey: October - November 

There are limited spots for the Mentor Programme and the spots are dristibuted on a first-come, first-served basis
