PhD Career Morning
Together with the Danish Society of Engineers (IDA), we invite PhD students and junior researchers from all faculties of all Danish universities to join us for a virtual PhD Career Morning, November 18th 2020.
Spend the morning on your career and get inspiration and insight into how to approach and find career opportunities outside of academia.
The PhD Career Morning programme includes a plenary introduction followed by two parallel sessions on four different career topics. A virtual Recruitment Panel rounds off the morning with representatives from three different companies. The company representatives will answer questions and share information on the recruitment process in their respective companies and discuss the "do's and don'ts" when applying for a job in industry.
Each of the four topics in the two career sessions will run as individual webinars and all registered participants will be free to log-on the webinar of their choice. In other words, you can log-on to two different webinars/topics.

Ask questions to company representatives from Arla Foods, Danske Commodities and Danish Technological Institute, and learn more about the do's and don'ts when applying for a job outside academia.

PhD Career Morning is co-hosted by AU Career PhD & JR, The Danish Society of Engineers, IDA and the IDA Ph.d. network. The event is open for all PhDs and Junior Researchers in Denmark and will be promoted in collaboration with all Danish universities.
Participation is free of charge but registration is required.
Please note that all individual webinars will be recorded, and since the event is co-hosted, your registration details will be available to both organizers.
