Are you feeling stuck in your doctoral or post-doctoral research? Are you feeling a bit ‘meh’ towards it? If so, you might be going through a very common stage of the research process, colloquially known as ‘the research blues’. Would you like to know how to ‘play’ them? Grounded in the psychological literature, this practical and pragmatic three-hour session will help you cultivate your resilience and happiness in a research context, providing principles, strategies, ‘tricks and tips’ to do so. In the process, it will explore feelings of imposter syndrome.
The speaker for this workshop is Matt Lane who is the Director of The Researcher Development Partnership, Cambridge.
