Decreasing your Procrastination and Increasing your Productivity
Whether you’ve just started your research, in the middle of a project or hurtling towards the end, it can be challenging to manage your procrastination and stay productive on a day-to-day basis.
This interactive, practical and pragmatic online session helps participants manage their procrastination by exploring the psychological literature’s two key principles to do so. In the process, the session will also explore:
- Three principles of productivity
- Three strategies to help you when you feel overwhelmed, including how to cope effectively when things do not go to play
- A range of practical ‘tricks and tips’ to help manage your procrastination
This event is aimed at both PhD students and Junior Researchers at all levels of their education or career, as well as Postdocs and Ass. Professors.
