Please join the PhD & Postdoc Activity Group for a beautiful hike in Mols Bjerge.
It takes place on Sunday the 22nd of June from 9.15 until we finish the hike. The hike is estimated to be five hours, so we'll be back in Aarhus around 16 o'clock the latest.
We'll meet at Aarhus Universitet/Nordre Ringgade bus stop at 9.15 to take bus 123 at 9.27 to Femmøller Efterskole.
About the hike, the route length is around 15-16 km. The route passes through various parts of the national park, including forests, fields, Trehøje plantation and hills. So expect there to be a few climbs and different terrains. While it is described to be a moderate hike, the paths are well-maintained and it is suited to anyone who enjoys hiking. However, it might not be a beginners hike.
Please bring a sporty outfit, good shoes, lots of water, snacks and anything else you may need for spending the day outdoors.
If it rains, we'll keep an eye on the weather forecast and decide two days before the event if it will go through. If it is really rainy, we will either postpone or cancel the event.

Come hang out with fellow researchers, relax, and get crafty. The theme of our next gathering is Embroidery, so get ready to add some stitches and flair to your favorite fabric. Whether you’re an embroidery pro or have never picked up a needle, this session is for you!
When? Friday, June 27th from 15:00 to 17:00
Where? AIAS Building, Høegh-Guldbergs Gade 6B, 8000 Aarhus C
How much? Free!
Important: Please bring your own fabric to embroider on; we don't provide it this time. This could be a tote bag, T-shirt, tea towel, cloth napkin, or anything you’d like to decorate.
We’ll provide thread, needles, and inspiration. You’re also welcome to bring other craft projects if you just want to chill and chat!
